I bought some Schmincke artists watercolour tunes so I thought I would try a painting using only three colours. In the end I used four because I couldn’t get dark enough.

They were 30% off at Ken Bromley so I bought a few. They have very strong pigment so I haven’t quite got the hang of mixing them yet but they are really nice to work with.
