Our PEDAS outing today was to Coy pond at the upper end of Bournemouth gardens. The gardens have the small stream running through them, some lovely old willow trees and a couple of bright red Japanese style bridges. I tried to paint this bridge four times but couldn’t get it right until I went back to a pen and wash drawing which is probably my favourite medium.
