Art in the park in Dorchester today, there were 80 artists painting in the great field. At the end our work was judged by winner of this year’s Sky Arts landscape artist of the year Finn Campbell-Norman, the runner up of the Sky Arts portrait artist of the year 2022 Binny Matthews and local gallery owner David Murdock. The Established artist category was won by our ex club president Dennis Hill who is 99 this year! My painting wasn’t chosen but I had a great day.
