We are spending a couple of days near Bridport in the motorhome.This morning we went to West Bay where I was able to sit and paint the harbour for an hour before meeting friends for lunch at The Rise, a brilliant restaurant on the lake where the river enters the harbour. The day was only marred by getting a £35 parking ticket despite having paid £7.50. Apparently motorhome are not allowed in the beach car park as shown on a small sign by the exit!
