A visit to Wimborne Minster with Poole and East Dorset Art society this morning. I had got permission for us to paint inside the Minster and it was a great experience. Parts of the Minster date back to Saxon times so there’s plenty to discover. The chained library has books that are hundreds of years old and historians that are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I painted the light in the crypt.
