Just back from a few days in Athens with good friends. The archeological sites are wonderful and the. Crowning glory has to be the Parthenon sitting on top of the Acropolis. It’s a steep climb but well worth the effort. We visited in the early evening as the light was better and it was cooler, it was still extremely crowded so I took photos and painted this back in the hotel.
