I went on a boat trip with Birds of Poole Harbour yesterday afternoon. It was extremely cold of course but bright and sunny. The BOPH guys were amazing.With their knowledge and expertise they were able to spot and identify birds that I would never have seen on my own including a pair of white tailed eagles. My individual bird photos were not great as they were beyond the limit of my lens but I did do a quick painting approaching the Arne peninsula and took some photos of the golden light up the Wareham channel.
