I spent the day sketching and painting at the New Forest Show. I was stewarding and demonstrating in the art Pavillion and managed to complete half a dozen paintings and a few sketches. The weather looked threatening for a lot of the day with lowering dark clouds but apart from a few spots it didn’t really rain hard until 5.30 when I was in the car heading home. It was good to meet with the other artists and visitors and have a Quick Look around the show ground.
