They make great chocolate here in Quito, Ecuador and today we visited an artisan chocolatier where the lovely Amanda told us the whole process and let us taste a variety of flavours. I’m not sure I have done her justice with this portrait from a photo but I enjoyed the process as an alternative to a siesta!
