I was looking at a 20 year old book of local walks and it listed a couple of local viewpoints that I didn’t know existed. They were only a couple of miles from home so I took the dogs for a walk to see if I could find them. This is the top of Stromboli Hill in Parkstone, a path on a residential street takes you up 112 steps to through pine woods to a clearing with a couple of benches. Very quiet and peaceful with views of Poole Harbour through the trees.

What a lovely spot, nice picture. Is June’s theme inland views and landscapes?
June’s theme is people but there’re weren’t any!
