There was a line painting truck in Poole park yesterday and I watched one of the workmen dry off a piece of ground with a large blow torch. He then chalked out some boxes using a piece of wood as a straight edge, he then used a large wand connected to the truck and wrote CYCLES on the tarmac freehand at speed. Unfortunately I didn’t get my phone out for a photo until afterwards so here they are having completed their task.
