I bought a book in a charity shop today, Great Drawings of Women. I thought I would copy some to help with my portraiture but I couldn’t resist adding some colour. The book is full of drawings by well known artists and it is interesting that’s lots of them are immediately recognisable even if you have only seen their paintings.
