Mandy sat for us for the portrait session at Broadstone Art Society this morning. She was a good model and fun to paint. She liked my portrait so much that I gave it to her so it may end up framed on her wall which is nicer than going in a box in my studio with all the others!

This will, most definitely, be framed and put on my wall. You are amazing and I love what you’ve done. I showed my sister and her comment was “I love it. It catches your softness and personality”. When I look at the picture, I see me just as I hoped I would look like. The hat has a story all of its own which this picture captures perfectly. Truly amazing.
